There are many different programs out there, but there is a big difference from a varsity sport compared to a club sport. If you look at varsity programs in general, their athletes are handed workouts, nutrition plans, and recovery. As a club sport, our athletes are on their own and sometimes their fitness is only at practice. Here are some trainers I trust and recommend.

I’ve competed in national events and set state records, I’ve coached athletes at worlds, I’ve helped marathon and endurance athletes balance strength training and cardio. I’ve had students, parents and grandparents win powerlifting competitions. I’ve helped people put on muscle and other defeat obesity.
I offer ONLINE TRAINING to ANYBODY NOT IN THE ABILENE AREA. I also offer a hybrid of online and in person training to people in Abilene. In the hybrid program you get all the benefits of online training including out of session nutrition and recovery spreadsheets that I monitor over the cloud, as well as workouts that I update for your workouts out of session.
Stevie Denard Purnell, Jr was born in Columbus, GA and raised in Atlanta, GA. His primary role is Chief Executive Officer. He graduated from Maynard Jackson High School (formally Southside High School) in Atlanta, GA. After high school he joined the United States Air Force where he has been a member since Aug 2002. During his military career he has travel all over the world, earned a degree in Computer Science, and has become a certified Personal Trainer, Coach, and Nutritionist. He has plans to open up his own gym once he retires from the military.
